Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power Plant Operator to oversee the daily operations of our power generation facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient generation of energy while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery in the energy generation process.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on power plant systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas.
• Assist in training junior operators on procedures and safety protocols.
• Document operational changes and incidents accurately.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled downtimes.
• Utilize control systems for monitoring and adjustments.
• Participate in safety drills and compliance training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced diploma or degree in a relevant field is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a power plant or similar environment

Technical Skills

• Safety Regulations Knowledge
• Control Systems Operation

Certifications

• Advanced Renewable Energy Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
