Job Description

We are seeking a passionate IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to our clients. Your expertise in hardware, software, and network support will play a crucial role in maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from staff and clients.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new IT projects.
• Ensure backups are performed and data is secure.
• Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on systems.
• Provide support for remote users and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Document and update knowledge base articles.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in ITIL or similar are a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar support role
