Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
• Control operational costs and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with the regional manager and other stakeholders.
• Organize team building and motivation events to boost morale.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Retail Management or relevant field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a management role
