As an Outdoor Adventure Guide, you'll lead groups through thrilling outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing. Your role involves ensuring the safety of participants while providing educational insights about the environment. Great communication skills and a passion for the outdoors are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead group excursions with a focus on safety and education.
• Evaluate the fitness levels and experience of participants to tailor experiences.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide first aid and emergency care as required.
• Document trips and activities for reporting and promotional purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Outdoor Adventure Leadership preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the outdoor industry
