Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Coordinator to design and implement training programs and materials that support our workforce development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, project management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design instructional materials that align with organizational learning objectives.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and tailor training accordingly.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM, for course development.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring necessary training is provided.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field
• Certification in instructional design (e.g. Certified Instructional Designer/Developer) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Articulate 360
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication
• Analytical Skills
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with video production and editing.: Experience in creating training videos to enhance learning experience.
• Experience with virtual learning environments.: Knowledge of conducting webinars and virtual classrooms.
