Responsibilities

  • Answer and resolve technical inquiries from users.
  • Ensure that IT systems are reliable and efficient.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and maintenance checks.
  • Assist in purchasing and researching new technology.
  • Implement and support IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide on-call support when necessary.
  • Foster a user-friendly environment by explaining tech solutions clearly.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in IT or similar qualification
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology is beneficial
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support roles
