We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist with a focus on gerontology to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to elderly patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and developing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex medical conditions in elderly patients.
• Facilitate communication between patients and family members.
• Document patient histories and care plans in electronic health records.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient care standards.
• Educate junior nurses and staff on gerontological nursing.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Master's in Nursing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in gerontological nursing or related fields.
