Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues for our clients. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software challenges, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
  • Support users through a range of communication channels.
  • Report and analyze recurring issues to improve service delivery.
  • Keep all documentation of technical issues up-to-date.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and updates.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on new technologies.
  • Provide feedback on service delivery and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • IT-related qualifications
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+
Experience
  • At least 2 years working in a technical support role
