Quality Control Analyst

Job Description

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting tests and analyses on products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. You will also maintain laboratory equipment and document results meticulously to support production quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet specifications before they are released for distribution.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain an organized laboratory environment.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 17025 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct training for new staff on laboratory procedures and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Chemistry or Biochemistry
• Postgraduate qualification in Quality Assurance is beneficial

Experience

• 3 years of work experience in quality assurance or control in a laboratory setting.

Technical Skills

• Chromatography Software

Certifications

• Quality Assurance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HPLC and GC-MS: Expertise in using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.
• Knowledge of statistical process control: Ability to apply statistical methods for quality control.
