As a Veterinarian in our Cape Town clinic, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of pets. Your responsibilities will include performing medical procedures, advising pet owners, and maintaining veterinary records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat shelter animals in addition to private clientele.
• Assist in the mentoring and training of junior veterinary staff.
• Contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures.
• Advocate for animal welfare in the local community.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure.

Requirements

Education

• DVM or equivalent degree

Experience

• 4+ years of veterinary experience preferred

Certifications

• Pet CPR Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
