We are looking for an innovative Architect to contribute to our design vision. Candidates will engage in all stages of the design process, from conceptualization through to execution, working with clients to fulfill their vision while ensuring feasibility and sustainability in each project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the drafting of technical documents and drawings.
• Collaborate with local authorities for project approvals.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, site personnel, and stakeholders.
• Analyze design problems and develop creative solutions.
• Ensure that all projects meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Review construction progress and provide feedback to teams.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to refine future designs.
• Support sustainability initiatives through eco-friendly design practices.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to stay updated on trends.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional qualifications and certifications preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in architectural projects

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Compliance
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• SACAP Registration
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in historic preservation projects: Skills in restoring and preserving historical buildings.
