UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Cape Town. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that effectively solve challenges and enhance our clients' digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs not only look great but also function seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Engage in user-centered design practices to enhance usability.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Review and critique work from fellow designers to foster improvement and collaboration.
• Gather and analyze user metrics to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in User Experience Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Responsive Design
• Interaction Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in Sketch: Hands-on experience with Sketch for interface design.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile practices in design and development.
