Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to manage our property operations in Port Elizabeth. Your focus will be on ensuring the facilities meet all safety and operational standards, while also implementing maintenance schedules and managing budgets effectively. You will play an essential role in enhancing tenant experience through effective facility management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily management of facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Create and oversee the execution of facility maintenance programs.
  • Manage service contracts and vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to maintain financial efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or property management
