Looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our fast-paced environment in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be pivotal in protecting client data and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures. You will monitor systems for security breaches, conduct assessments, and work with IT teams to develop incident response protocols. Responsibilities

• Perform continuous monitoring of systems for security breaches.
• Document security incidents and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in developing security policies and procedures.
• Work with external vendors for security audits and compliance.
• Participate in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field
• Additional certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in information security

• Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)

• English: Fluent
