Job Description

Join our team as an Industrial Engineer, where you will contribute to the design and optimization of production systems. You will utilize your analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and help implement industry best practices in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design production layout to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to implement robust quality control measures.
• Review and update engineering standards and procedures for compliance.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.
• Participate in the development of project proposals and funding requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering changes and project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations
