Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead design brainstorming sessions and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Design visually appealing user interfaces that are also functional.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure brand consistency in designs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development.
• Document design processes and rationale to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a UX/UI role
