Job Description

As the IT Operations Manager, you will oversee our IT infrastructure and ensure the efficiency of our operations in Pretoria. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing best practices, managing system upgrades, and optimizing performance. This is a critical role for enhancing our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the IT team in managing day-to-day operations and resolve any issues.
  • Implement best practices for IT service management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
