In this role, you will assist clients with technical difficulties, offering solutions and support to enhance their IT experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Document support interactions and resolutions for knowledge base updates.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems.
  • Educate clients about product features and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance customer satisfaction strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environment
