Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting sustainable practices in various projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship meets company standards.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project staff.
• Create and manage project documentation including contracts and change orders.
• Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar
• Post-graduate qualification in project management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing construction projects
