Responsibilities

• Assess and improve treatment procedures regularly.
• Consult with specialists if necessary for patient referrals.
• Promote a positive experience for patients during visits.
• Implement quality assurance processes within the practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary treatment.
• Address patient concerns and follow up post-treatment.
• Maintain tools and equipment hygiene and functionality.
• Document and report patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• Specialist qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in a dental practice focusing on patient care

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Pediatric Dentistry

• Leadership Skills

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent
