Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to oversee our sales processes in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to enhance sales productivity, streamline operations, and provide strategic support to our sales teams. You will be instrumental in developing tools, metrics, and processes that empower our sales force to excel in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales operations documentation to ensure standardization and compliance.
  • Monitor the implementation of sales tools and technologies.
  • Support the sales team in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to sales processes and workflows.
  • Organize and lead regular sales meetings to foster team communication.
  • Identify new technologies to improve sales performance and reporting.
  • Engage with external partners to align sales goals and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5-7 years in sales operations with proven success
