UX Designer

Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a skilled UX Designer to help elevate our product designs. You will collaborate closely with developers and other designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interface designs. Experience with usability testing and design principles is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas based on research findings.
• Design user flows and information architecture for new features.
• Review existing designs and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing to align branding and messaging with design.
• Assist in creating design specifications and hand-off documentation for developers.
• Create design guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand experience.
• Produce high-fidelity visual designs that communicate the intended user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in User Experience Design or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a design role with a focus on UX

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Experience with animation tools: Familiarity with tools like After Effects for creating animations.
