Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing UI designs that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to define design specifications.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes for user testing.
• Gather user input and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Work alongside the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize user interfaces.
• Organize and participate in design review meetings.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and UI guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• A Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
