We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our dedicated team in Knysna. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel operations, a passion for guest service, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities

  • Direct all hotel operations and manage the hotel team effectively.
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction through exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor financial budgets and hotel profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff to promote growth and development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss hotel performance and guest feedback.
  • Develop marketing programs to increase hotel visibility and attract business.
  • Collaborate with regional management to align with brand standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Master's in Hospitality Management preferred

  • 7+ years in hotel management roles
