UX Designer

Job Description

We are searching for a passionate UX Designer to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating user-friendly, engaging designs for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate user needs into high-quality user experiences. Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage in design critique sessions to share and gather feedback with team members.
• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for design deliverables.
• Participate in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Facilitate workshops to gather user insights and validate design choices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia or related field
• Masters or relevant certifications are desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user-centered design
