• Ensure all underwriting processes are documented and compliant with legal requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with brokers and agents.
• Utilize predictive modeling to enhance risk assessment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in insurance underwriting

Technical Skills

• Insurance Software Proficiency
• Legal Knowledge

• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Associate in Commercial Underwriting (ACU)

Languages

• English: Fluent
