Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer who can transform ideas into engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research, designing wireframes, and creating prototypes that meet user needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetic design and usability, ensuring that our digital products are not only functional but visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive user experience across products.
• Utilize design tools to create interactive prototypes for user testing.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Identify and implement design best practices to improve usability.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Usability Testing
• Wireframing

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile app design: Experience designing interfaces for mobile applications.
