We are on the lookout for a skilled Corporate Finance Analyst who will play a crucial role in our financial analysis team. You will conduct in-depth analysis to inform strategy, facilitate transaction processes, and ensure effective capital management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare financial models to support business decisions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecasts, and variances from budgets.
• Assist with the preparation and review of financial reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop strategic financial plans.
• Support management in capital budgeting and investment analysis.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for financial operations.
• Play a key role in transaction due diligence and financial structuring.
• Present financial findings and insights to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
