Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory and assets.
• Help ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are followed.
• Assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.
• Participate in IT initiatives and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate.
• IT diploma or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles.

• Windows and MacOS
• Networking Basics

• Time Management

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
