Leading Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and report on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project management frameworks tailored to project needs.
• Lead project kickoff meetings to align teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Utilize project management software for tracking and reporting.
• Drive team performance through effective motivation and conflict resolution.
• Engage actively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to foster strong relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of comprehensive project management experience

Technical Skills

• Construction Management Software
• Risk Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Agile Project Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
