The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and report on project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports for management review.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members.
• Conduct project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and manage project scope.
• Support the transition of project deliverables to operational teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of comprehensive project management experience
