We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our supply chain processes by analyzing performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data on supply chain processes, performance metrics, and costs.
• Work closely with inventory management to forecast purchasing needs and minimize overstock and stockouts.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures to streamline supply chain operations.
• Provide support in vendor management and contract negotiations for better pricing and service levels.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles: Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
• Experience in logistics coordination: Hands-on experience with logistics operations and optimization.
