Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support requests. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Your goal will be to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of IT systems. This role requires strong technical acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT support ticketing system.
  • Analyze IT system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Perform virus and malware scans.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors for service agreements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
