Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining IT systems. Your expertise will help enhance productivity and improve the overall user experience across the organization. The candidate should possess a strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues related to software applications and systems.
  • Assist users with account set-up and access permissions.
  • Test and evaluate new IT tools and technologies.
  • Maintain physical and virtual server environments.
  • Work closely with other IT staff to enhance service quality.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT Support or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
