We are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing projects aimed at conserving natural resources and enhancing environmental quality. You will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to ensure that our engineering solutions are sustainable and effective.

Responsibilities

• Assess environmental risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate environmental considerations into design plans.
• Prepare and submit project documentation to regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and trends in the industry.
• Coordinate with ecological specialists to develop conservation plans.
• Support public awareness initiatives related to environmental sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the environmental sector
