UX/UI Design Lead

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Design Lead to spearhead our design initiatives. In this role, you will translate user needs into engaging and innovative designs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the UX/UI strategy and ensure alignment with overall product vision.
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine design solutions.
• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve user experience.
• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on web and mobile applications

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma

Soft Skills

• Creativity

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• Google UX Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end development for better design implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Able to work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning.
