We are on the lookout for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Durban store. In this role, you will manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, focusing on customer experience and sales growth.
• Train and develop staff, fostering a positive working environment.
• Implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and enhance brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate financial records, managing budgets and operating expenses.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain store standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers for inventory management and product selection.
• Engage with customers, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on store performance and present to management.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions for new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role
