Finance Manager

Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in our Cape Town office. Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and analysis, and support the business in achieving its financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting processes and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning.
• Review and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Analyse variances and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor cash flow and manage investments.
• Lead a team of finance professionals and develop their skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial management

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• CA(SA) or equivalent
• CMA or equivalent is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
