Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and track support tickets using a ticketing system.
  • Assist with network maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Create user guides and documentation for technical processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
