Job Description

As a Surgical Nurse at Healthcare Facilities, you will play a critical role in providing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the surgical suite, including equipment and instruments.
• Assist in the management of surgical complications and emergencies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards and protocols.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the surgical team.
• Monitor inventory and order medical supplies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualification in surgical nursing is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in surgical nursing preferred
