The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid background in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to evaluate the economic landscape and investment climate.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client pitches.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure deal structures meet regulations.
• Guide junior analysts in financial analysis and report preparation.
• Identify new business development opportunities and assist in originating new transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• An MBA is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
