Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect who will be integral in designing and managing projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable and modern architectural solutions that meet client expectations while adhering to industry codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft architectural documents and plans using CAD software.
• Consult and collaborate with various stakeholders including clients and construction crews.
• Monitor ongoing project work and implement necessary changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in architecture.
• Prepare and present project proposals and presentations to clients.
• Guarantee quality control throughout all project stages.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in project management software: Familiarity with tools like MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling.
