Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Manage IV therapy and administer treatments as per protocols.
• Participate in care planning and evaluation.
• Foster a positive environment for patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Document care and progress notes accurately.
• Educate and guide nursing staff and students.
• Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Medication Management
• Patient Education

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Pediatric nursing experience: Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Community health experience: Experience in community health settings is an advantage.
