Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist (AI/ML) where you will harness the power of data to influence strategic decisions. You will be required to utilize machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to enhance model accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives that harness machine learning applications to drive business insights.
• Implement best practices in data flow, quality control, and model validation.
• Engage with clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists in analysis and model development.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and action-oriented manner to stakeholders.
• Make recommendations based on analysis and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
• Master's degree in Data Science or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles with proven expertise in AI/ML
