Job Description

We are on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. Responsibilities

  • Lead the food and beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery across all outlets.
  • Design and adjust menus according to seasonal availability and guest preferences.
  • Maintain budgetary and financial controls to achieve departmental goals.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of head waiters and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and quality assurance.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee inventory management.
  • Conduct staff training on service excellence and hygiene practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to reduce wastage and improve sustainability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management roles
