Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our vibrant team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation, and will be tasked with implementing security measures to protect our digital infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to evaluate security postures.
• Manage and configure security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus programs.
• Work closely with external vendors and stakeholders on security improvement projects.
• Evaluate and recommend security solutions based on industry best practices.
• Engage in cybersecurity awareness programs to educate team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience
