Job Description

As a Business Analyst in our Durban office, you will play a key role in driving business success through detailed analysis and data-driven decision-making. Your focus will be on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with different teams to ensure projects align with our company’s strategic goals, helping us to innovate and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis and document requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify project requirements.
• Liaise between stakeholders and the IT team to ensure alignment.
• Assist in the prioritization of project backlog and deliverables.
• Develop process maps and workflows to enhance operations.
• Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare project documentation including business cases and reports.
• Utilise data analysis tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize performance.
• Support user acceptance testing by developing test cases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis within the IT sector
