Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth as a Warehouse Supervisor. Your role will be pivotal in managing the warehouse staff and optimizing inventory processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations within the warehouse to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Administer stock levels and coordinate inventory control.
• Handle scheduling of shipments and deliveries.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse personnel.
• Identify areas for improvement in workflow and processes.
• Conduct performance reviews for warehouse staff.
• Monitor equipment and suggest repairs as needed.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Logistics Coordination

Certifications

• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
