Responsibilities

• Guide the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development.
• Actively participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Develop store policies and ensure adherence.
• Evaluate customer feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for effective stock replenishment.
• Monitor the store budget and oversee financial performance.
• Foster a team-oriented and positive work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail leadership role

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with staff training programs: Ability to develop and implement effective training for retail staff.
