• Provide troubleshooting assistance for network and connectivity issues.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
• Prepare reports on support incidents and resolutions.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Offer recommendations for improving IT processes and user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
