We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in chemical processes and is expected to design, develop, and optimize our chemical production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production processes for chemical manufacturing.
• Develop new processes for chemical production and ensure their implementation.
• Conduct quality control tests and ensure product compliance.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new product lines.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in chemical engineering practices.
• Maintain laboratory and equipment with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related fields
